We mainly use the great outdoors as our training headquarters. Training sessions are held in and around the areas of Inner West Sydney, Lower North Shore, North West Sydney, Parramatta District, Hills District. Training outdoors makes you feel alive and refreshed and gets you away from your everyday work or home environment. We use the hills and park benches as well as our own training equipment. The advantages of training outdoors are endless and we will show you how to keep fit and healthy without having to go to a gym. We can also come to you at your home or workplace.
